Brian Weber

Brian serves as Vice President of Construction for BeckShar Development and oversees field operations, construction management, quality control, scheduling, and project delivery across the company’s residential communities.

Brian brings extensive experience in residential construction management with a strong background in Build-to-Rent, single-family detached, and townhome development. His leadership focuses on maintaining construction quality, operational efficiency, jobsite safety, and schedule performance throughout all phases of construction.

Known for his hands-on management style and problem-solving approach, Brian works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. His experience includes managing complex residential developments, coordinating large trade partner teams, and navigating the day-to-day challenges of large-scale community construction.
