Julie Van Sciver

Julie Van Sciver serves as Controller for BeckShar Development and oversees the company’s financial operations, project accounting, draw administration, budgeting coordination, and financial reporting.

Julie brings more than 20 years of residential construction and homebuilding experience, having worked alongside the BeckShar leadership team during their time at D.R. Horton. Her extensive background in construction accounting and operational finance provides the company with strong financial oversight and efficient project administration.

At BeckShar, Julie manages lender and ownership draw processes, subcontractor and vendor payment coordination, project cost tracking, and day-to-day financial operations across the company’s residential developments. She works closely with ownership, project management teams, lenders, consultants, and trade partners to support accurate financial management and smooth project execution.

Known for her organization, consistency, and industry knowledge, Julie plays a critical role in supporting BeckShar’s continued growth and operational success throughout Arizona and the Southwest.
