Rick is responsible for all day-to-day operations with an emphasis on land development, construction, budgets and purchasing.
Rick has over 40 years of construction and management experience, 28 of which were with Continental Homes/D.R. Horton Inc. Rick worked his way up from a framer to Division President of the Phoenix Division. He served as their Qualifying Party since 1995. Rick's leadership was instrumental in the success of D.R. Horton in the Phoenix market.
