Tony Dries

Tony Dries serves as Vice President of Operations for BeckShar Development and oversees operational coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, and project execution across the company’s residential portfolio.

With more than 26 years of residential construction experience, Tony has played a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale single-family, Build-to-Rent, and townhome communities throughout Arizona and the Southwest. His background includes extensive experience in purchasing, trade partner management, budgeting, field coordination, and operational systems.

Tony is known for his detail-oriented approach, strong subcontractor relationships, and ability to manage the day-to-day operational demands required to successfully execute complex residential projects. He works closely with ownership, project management teams, consultants, and trade partners to maintain quality, efficiency, and project momentum from preconstruction through completion.
